Rule 69
Conditions regarding amendment
An amendment may be submitted subject to the following conditions in relation to a proposal:-(a) It should not be contrary to the principle of the original proposal, (b) It should be related to the subject of the original proposal, (c) It should not conflict with the decision made earlier by the meeting. and (d) must have a clear or specific meaning.
